Guest player for Women’s and COED divisions registration

In the Global League of Champions (GLC), the guest player rule for the Women’s and COED divisions is structured as follows:

### Women’s Division:

1. Eligibility: A guest player must be registered with the GLC but not currently assigned to a team within the same division.

2. Limit: Each team is allowed to have up to 3 guest players per match.

3. Frequency A guest player may only play for the same team twice per season.

4. Approval: Team captains must inform the league and the opposing team’s captain at least 24 hours before the match if they intend to use a guest player.

5. Restrictions: Guest players cannot participate in playoff matches or final tournaments unless they have played at least three regular-season games with the team.
   

### COED Division:

1. Eligibility: Guest players must be registered and approved by the GLC but not currently assigned to a team in the COED division.

2. Limit: Each team is allowed up to 3 guest players per match, with a maximum of 2 male or 2 female players.

3. Frequency: A guest player may only play for the same team twice per season in the COED division.

4. Approval: Notification must be sent to the league and the opposing team’s captain at least 24 hours before the match.

5. Restrictions: Guest players cannot be used during playoff matches or final tournaments unless they have played at least three regular-season games with the team.

These rules help maintain fair competition while allowing flexibility for teams that may need additional players for specific games.
